I have 2008 dodge RAM with navigation and factory Infinity stereo and want to add amplified EL8 bazooka tube. Can I just wire into the existing speaked wires with line convertor? The factory system is amplified.

Yes, look for one such as the PAC SNI-45T High Power 2-Channel Line Output Converter with Low Voltage Trigger Remote.
