Music cutting out on G1 Party Bar

I bought a Bazooka G1 Party Bar from a dealership back in September of 2020. The music cuts in and out with Bluetooth. Tried resetting the bar and phone. Doesn't matter what device we hook up, we get the same result. Is there anything you can do to help?
