Contact customer service. They will need to know the model Party Bar you have and what type of pins are on the led on the inside of the grill.(G1) the led is going to be hard=wired through the grill, (G2) has round gold push pins or silver straight pins, (G3) has silver straight pins. Attached is a picture for your reference.
