Don’t know what type of sound bar we have so how to tell what remote we need

The model and serial number can be found near the lightstrip. Once you know that, we can determine which remote you need. If no serial number we need to know if the bar has 5 buttons in a row or 8 in a circle? Also what does the voice prompt say "Bazooka Audio or Power On"?
