Why is the speaker so loud? I have the volume turned all of the way down but is still very loud.

When I pair the speaker via Bluetooth, the minimum volume is very loud and seems that’s the lowest volume possible? One click on the volume button places the volume too loud. Is there a way to change the master volume?

There is no way to reduce the the volume any lower on a G2 bar. Customers complained the G1 was not loud enough so we increased the volume of the G2 party bar. Than we got complaints it was to loud. So when we designed the G3 it has 2 volume setting low and high.
